Five Behaviors of a Team

  • Employers Network 1004 South Pine Street Spartanburg, SC, 29302 United States (map)

The Five Behaviors was developed in partnership with New York Times best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s groundbreaking model for developing cohesive teams through five key behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

This is a tool to help individuals better understand and internalize the principles of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team model and to provide a common language that can be used in organizations.

This program can help you activate your team’s ability to drive results through cohesive teamwork.  It helps individuals learn the skills they need to “team” effectively and build a team-oriented culture thus a more productive environment. It drives employee development at all levels.

The program is designed specifically to work for individuals; participants do not all need to be part of the same team.
