Jennifer Harding is the S.C. State Chairman for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense organization that promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment. Jennifer has served in this volunteer role for S.C. ESGR for the past 11 years, in positions ranging from Public Affairs Officer to Regional Chair.

She has a strong commitment to her community and committed volunteerism, as evidenced by the numerous organizations where she has served in a leadership role such as for the Columbia S.C. Chamber’s Military Outreach Group and Public Policy Committee, Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the Junior League of Columbia, Big Brother and Big Sister, the Columbia Midlands Transit Authority, the United Way and the Red Cross.
