Tom is the Founder and President of Leadership Consulting Associates. He has 30+ years of experience in Human Resources, Quality Control, Instructional Design and Performance Coaching. Tom has expertise in helping clients and individuals towards identifying and implementing solutions that enable higher performance within the organization. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
