Introduction to Project Management

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Project Management principles and practices. Learners will gain a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Key topics covered include defining projects, project management tools and techniques; work breakdown structures; scheduling; risk management; change management; performance measurement; issue management; reporting; and project closure. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage projects of varying complexity effectively.  

The course follows the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge, however, this is not a certification preparation course.

Project Managment: Tools, Techniques, and Execution

This hands-on, interactive course follows the PMI Project Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and builds on foundational project management principles. It focuses on the practical tools and techniques used to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects. Participants will utilize real-world simulations, and group activities to strengthen their project management skills and apply what they learn directly to workplace projects.

The course follows the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge, however, this is not a certification preparation course.
